How to sell multi story floor?

For some reason, when i completed a task in my game, it kept saying that i needed to do it even though i already completed it, so because of this, i can't progress any further in the game due to this confusing glitch. So I've been looking on how to restart the game, i reinstalled it numerous times and every time i also went to settingts to delete all of the game data. At first it looked like it worked because it was showing me the game introduction but then after it ended, it turns out i was still in the same place that i just was and it still needed me to complete a task that i already completed. I don't know what to do because i keep trying to do this videos explanation of restarting the game but the problem is that i keep spam tapping on my characters icon on the top left and it does nothing. So im completely stuck at year1 chapter3 where i meet rowan to play gobtones with her. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this because i played gobstones with rowan and then a character who is my bully in that game shows up and i choose to ignore her and etc. Then it says i completed the task but then my game glitched and kicked me out. And when i went back in, it said it hasn't been completed even though i did complete it and now i can't do anything else on the game, i can't even restart it!! I can't even click on my characters icon to restart it in the way this video shows. Ive tried so many things but yetthe problem hasn't been resolved. Pls if anyone might know what the problem is please reply to this, it would help a lot cause i love harry potter and i just started the game like 30 mins ago and i can't progress any further. I have copied and pasted this text on as many videos like this as possible to try and get a solution because noone has any.

How many sims do you need to have in order to complete the cooking and gardening? Would they be playing the game when they are not cooking or gardening?

I'm on level 8, and the Japanese retreat costs 31k. What am i supposed to do now? Will there be some event where the houses will be available at discounted price, should I wait? Or should I completly delete and start all over again? I'm in desperate need of the simoleons, please help 🥲

I send my town of 6 where everyone knows each other to work every night so when I wake up in the morning I am rich but not before having them party with one of my female sims Abigail being a DJ for the town which I think fits her since she is a musician.

You can send them to work as a musician at night for 7 hours for 1,350 simoleons and you can times 1,350 by the amount of sims you have for example i have 5 sims now so 1,350 x 5= 6,750 so thats already 6,750 simoloens overnight! (Which is a lot for me)and you can make them plant something like onions for about 7 hours while you go to school so if you go go school in the morning make them plant so that when you come back you have money waiting for you. Also nake them plant whenever you go out.

Potatoes are the highest currency plant you can skip with an ad. It would usually take 2 hrs to plant them to get about 450 simoleons. But this gets them quickly.

Sadly the japnese retreat house is worth 20k now.

If you have free floor or wall in inventory from reward or event, you can build room in big empty lot, and you can used the free floor and wall and you can sell them with sell the room.. you make so much money on this also if you have expensive inventory from event or reward, you can sell them anyway because if you buying house you still arrange your furniture..

I decided to give the game another go (after being unsatisfied a while back), and MUCH of my progress was reset. I've had to redo most of year 2. I lost the progress I made with the magical creatures and it made me restart that anew. My pet is gone. The side quests I did are gone.
